If your project falls outside these basics, call and describe what you are looking at. A surface problem is easier to price after it is seen.
What kinds of flooring do you install?
LVP and LVT, porcelain and ceramic tile, engineered hardwood, solid hardwood and laminate, plus rental-property and fast move-in flooring.
Can JW handle paint and flooring on the same project?
Yes. Painting, pressure washing, drywall work, flooring and concrete coatings can be scoped together so you are not coordinating separate crews.
What epoxy and coating work is available?
Garage flake and polyaspartic systems, commercial epoxy, pool-deck and lanai coatings, epoxy repair and recoating, plus clear coats and sealers.
Do you repair damaged floors?
JW handles water-damaged floor replacement, buckled or cupped floor repairs, popped or cracked tile and time-sensitive move-in work.
Who receives the 10% discount?
Seniors, military members and veterans, law enforcement, firefighters and emergency service members. Mention the appreciation discount when you request your estimate.
